For new customers, a deposit by wire transfer or check is required to get started.
For your convenience, we accept credit card payments (with a small processing fee) once approved by our accounting team. We’re committed to making transactions as easy as possible for you.
Due to the sensitive nature of closeouts, we do not provide UPC lists. If you have questions about our products, please reach out—we’re happy to help.
Shipping Standards
Your order is handled with care—picked, checked, and securely shrink-wrapped on 48” x 40” pallets (average height 92”). If you have special shipping needs, just let us know! We’re happy to consider special requirements and work with you to find the best shipping solution. Please note, we do not ship less than pallet quantities.
Freight Options
All orders are FOB: Frankfort, IN. Upon request, we can provide a freight quote. If you have a preferred trucking company, just let us know. We work with a wide range of transportation companies throughout the country to provide you with the best possible shipping rates.
Special Requirements
Need a lift gate, delivery appointment, or inside delivery? We’re happy to discuss your unique delivery needs. In most cases, special requirements may incur an additional charge. Shipments with a residential destination could be subject to a fuel surcharge and additional accessorial expenses. Please check with your municipality on laws prohibiting trucks on residential streets.
Shipment Issues
If you experience any overage, delay, or refused shipment charges from the trucking company, these are the customer’s responsibility. Upon receipt of merchandise, please count cases and note any damages or shortages on the trucker's delivery receipt for a claim. We’re here to help resolve any issues promptly.
Returns
If you need to make a return, please contact us first so we can assist you. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. VMI reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on any pulled and staged order that is canceled, and a 35% fee if the order is canceled after routing. Any refused orders will incur a 50% chargeback plus any outbound and inbound freight charges.
