JOB SUMMARY
Perform an array of functions relating to processing product such as cycle counting, picking orders, shipping and receiving responsibilities. Competitive pay plus quarterly bonus program.
Work schedule is full time, Monday through Friday, day shift.

Essential Functions Statements Reconcile purchase orders with item receipts Ensure accuracy of product information including item numbers, master and inner case packs, country of origin, and UPC Inform Sales and Marketing teams of changes to product information Investigate and account for missing material Reconciliation of all rework projects Assist Accounting with reconciliation of PO invoices Facilitate getting sample products to Marketing and Sample departments Schedule and audit bin and cycle counts Inform the Buyer, Buyer's Coordinator, and Warehouse when there is rework involved Investigate customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner Reconcile backordered products Monthly inventory cleanup of small quantities Maintain accurate outside warehouse inventory list Assist in processing samples as needed Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to organizational standards Open bales, crates, and other containers Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; sweep, dust, and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness Wear the proper safety equipment Work with the Logistics and Distribution Manager to arrange and direct delivery of products Must be willing and able to utilize and follow company practices and procedures for the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) management software system Must be sensitive to deadlines and be proactive in processing vendor issues in a timely and professional manner Must be able to communicate clearly with all staff
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred Experience: 1-2 years previous warehouse, forklift experience required Skills: Inventory, equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills may be required Certificates & Licenses: Forklift certification is a plus, valid Driver's License and clean driving record is required for continued employment
