There is a company calling themselves Valuu Merch, marketing bracelets and similar gift items on Facebook and social media platforms, who has used our URL in their business profile.
That company has been accepting and processing payment for orders and leaving those requests unfulfilled. We are NOT ASSOCIATED with Valuu Merch--who seems to be operating out of California--and unfortunately we cannot help consumers who have had a poor exchange with them.
If you have had a problematic exchange with Valuu Merch, please contest the charge with your credit card company and report them on social media. We only deal with retailers, and we do not sell to the individual consumer.
